Ice-Cream Buffet Craze

You have had buffet for many times and it's always the same old fried rice and pepper crabs. Once in a while, you would have nice buffet treats like international buffet. I'm not sure if you have tried international buffet before, but I have and I love the cocktail! and the oysters. They were so fresh and did I mention expensive? International buffet cost about $40++ per pax. And it's only for a limited period.

Have you ever thought of changing to something more innovative like a Ice-Cream Buffet? Something like 50 over flavors and exotic flavors like rockmelon and frosted chocolate malt where inside lays a rich amount of marshmallow in a sticky like feeling chocolate ice cream. Hmm... this all sound so yummy. Let me describe my day at the Swensen's at ION Orchard with JAM shall I?

I have been waiting for like a few hours before I can proceed to plaza and meet JY. Btw the plaza wanton noodles shop sucks. And I wasted my $3+$1.50+$1.50 on the meal. $3 is of course the wanton noodles and the one fifty is for my fried wanton and the other one fifty is for the super-sweet-till-you-can-get-diabetes milo.

Went to Amber's house and saw Cookie! (Am's little pet dog) She's so lovely and cute and she kept licking my face. Okay and we all met together and went to Orchard but before that we took some lovely photos

Okay, we got lost in the vast ION Orchard and make many rounds in the shopping mall before we can get to Swensen's. I'm really excited because I have never been to a ice cream buffet craze. Luckily we reach there early just before the rush hour. And we got our seats sooner than we expected. This is the view from the queue.

I was thinking of uploading this photo anot because it's so so so unglam and intentionally. But I upload it anyway.

And so, we got our seats at Swensen's and we are welcomed with the splendid colors of the menu. The menu makes me wanna order everything in it!

We were so excited on what dessert to get first so we go our own ways to get our ideal first dessert of the day. I recommend that if you were to go there too, you should not get ice-cream first (because that is the first thing I get) You'll get sick of ice-cream, fast. You can only a maxemum of 5 flavours at one go but I have no idea why the guy gave me 6.

Look at my 6 flavours of ice cream, peachy mango, frosted chocolate malt, yam, thin mint, and kiwi strawberry & Strawberry Sherbet. With a crazy amount of almonds and honey stars and choco balls toppings and a piping hot waffle!

Chocolate Fountain!

You can have a choice of strawberries and marshmallow and a amazing cream puff! That have a little surprise for you when you bit it. A whole whooping of cream just spill out onto your mouth. And your mouth will be full of sweet yummy cream.

And I love my strawberry and marshmallow bathing in a pool of chocolate.

When ice-cream, waffles, cakes, strawberry, marshmallow, cream puff, chocolate fountain is not enough for your crazy mouth, you can op for a chop shop. Choose your ice-cream and your toppings, they will mix and mix and mix it all together for you.

We was really full already. And we stopped after Amber swallow a pinch of salt in a cream puff. She nearly vomited.
